From Germany by car
From Germany take the motorway Munich, exit at motorway Kufstein Süd, through St. Johann in Tirol, Kitzbühel over the pass Thurn to Mittersill and from there it is still 6 km in the direction of Zell am See and you are in Uttendorf.
From Germany you can also take the motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit at Siegsdorf, through Inzell, Saalfelden and Zell am See (tunnel) and keep in the direction of Mittersill. 7 kilometers before Mittersill is Uttendorf. You do not need a toll sticker for this arrival and departure route!
From Italy by car
From Italy, take the motorway in the direction of Salzburg, exit at Bischofshofen in the direction of Zell am See / Mittersill. For this arrival and departure route you need a toll vignette!
From Swizzerland by car
From Switzerland, take the Inntal motorway, exit at Wörgl in the direction of Felbertauern, then the Wörgl – Kitzbühel – Mittersill – Zell am See. Uttendorf is located 7 km to Mittersill in the direction of Zell am See. For this arrival and departure route you need a toll vignette!
By train
Next fast train station is Zell am See and from there it goes on with the nostalgic narrow gauge railway to Uttendorf. Taxi or pick-up on request possible. On the page of the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) you can see the current timetables.
By plane
If you arrive by plane, the nearest airport is Salzburg. From there it is only 90 minutes by train or you can rent a car. Further information about flights and rental cars can be found How to get there by plane.

Prepayment
After receipt of prepayment your desired room is bindingly reserved.
Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available at 2.00pm. For arrival after 7.00pm we request a notification. We plead to leave rooms on departure day until 10:30am. For later departure you can give your luggage in deposit. Possibilty for shower for Euro 10,00, Late check out for the room if possible per person EUR 20,00
Collection
From Uttendorf station free; from Zell am See station Euro 18.-. Tell us when you will arrive and we will pick you up. Information/Announcement for transfer from airport Salzburg www.nationalpark.at or www.vorderegger.at
Payment
We accept cash, EC card or transaction free of costs if it is made before you start your holiday.

Mealtime
Breakfast: 07.30am – 10.00am (before 07:30 with announcement), dinner: 6.00pm-9.30pm
Extra Breakfast
If you arrive before your room is available we ask for notification. We are looking forward to offering you an extra breakfast for Euro 9,80 (children until 12 Euro 6,50). It´s no problem to deposit your luggage in a separate locked room until your room will be available.
Dogs
Euro 8,– per day without food. We reserve the right to charge some extra fee for the last cleaning of your room. We ask you to take a dogbasket or blanket with you. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the garden as well as in the dining room.
Towel Service
All towels will be changed 3 times per week.
Children
We have enough space and entertainment for your children. The equipment in our garden can be used all the time under control. Parents have to be liable for their children.
Local tax
The local tax of € 1,35 will be extra charged. Children until 14 years are free!
Parking space
We have enough parking space in front of our house , a covered space for motorcycles and a garage for bikes.

Smoker/Non-Smoker
For the well-being of our guests all our restaurants are “non-smoking”. We plead our guests to avoid smoking in their rooms and prefer to use the balcony.
Sauna
Access at 15 years, relaxing area, in winter season is´s opened sunday-friday from 4.00pm – 7.00pm. In summer for request about a small fee. We offer you a bathrobe and a sauna-towel for a singular fee of Euro 8,–.
Ski cellar
There you can find a shoe-dryer which you can also use in summer for your alpine boots.
Cancellation
The terms of Austrian Hotelcontractlaw count. You want to ensure your holiday? Carefree booking: For the withdrawel of your journey you can effect a travel cancellation insurance. The insurance include all costs of the withdrawal at accident, illness, death of the insured person or family members before you start your journey and also during your stay. We reccommend you to effect such a travel insurance, special offers you can find on: www.europaeische.at.
Clothes Service
We offer you the possibilty of using our washing mashine. Washing and drying for a price of Euro 8,00 per machine.
Travelling by train
You will arrive at the station of Zell am See where you can decide whether you would like to travel by bus or with our special “Schmalspurbahn” (a very small train) to Uttendorf. Otherwise we can pick you up on agreement.
